Enchanted by your new life in Puerto Rico.
I am a one-person concierge for people moving to Puerto Rico. Here to handle the neighborhoods, the introductions, and the hundred small things between deciding to come and feeling like you actually live here.
Moving for Act 60? Decrees filed before the end of 2026 lock in the current 0% rate. If that's you, timing matters.
Relocating to PR is more complex than moving across state lines. Whether you are coming here for tax incentives, warmer weather, or a fresh start, countless decisions will shape how much you love life on the island. What neighborhood actually fits you. Which professionals to connect with. Where to eat! You don’t have to work it out alone. The quality of your first year is what makes you stay, and optimizing for it is my job.
We focus on four main areas.
I match you to the neighborhood that fits how you actually live, your pace, your taste, your distance to the beach or green space. Then I source the rental, walk it before you commit, and sit beside you for the lease negotiation, in Spanish or English.
Driver's license, voter registration, local banking. Here, these steps are the record that proves you actually live in Puerto Rico, and doing them right matters. I guide you through each one and come along when it helps.
If you don't have an Act 60 attorney and CPA yet, I introduce you to the ones I trust. I take no referral fees. I work for you, not for them.
Your coffee spot, your surfing beach, your third space. And not just yours. If you're moving with a partner or kids, I help all of you get connected to the activities and places that make you feel happy and at home here.
Here's how I think about it. My day-to-day is the metro. But if your heart's set on the other parts of the island, check the last tab. I will help you thrive anywhere.
The closest thing to Miami. Oceanfront towers, dense restaurants, and a place you can live without a car. Move here if you want amenities, nightlife, and dinner three blocks from your door.
Blue cobblestones, five-hundred-year-old façades, and beautiful views. Romantic and endlessly walkable, OSJ feels like being in Europe. For people who want to live in an island on the island.
A low-rise beach neighborhood with a barefoot rhythm. Quietly affluent, dog-friendly, and the easiest place to start feeling like a local fast. A favorite for people looking to live in a house rather than an apartment.
The island's creative core. Galleries, the best new kitchens, murals, and live music. Urban and unpolished in exactly the right way. This is where I live, so I can guide you block by block. For people who want a little more texture to their life.
Old-money calm a bridge away from everything. Tree-lined streets, a marina, restored architecture, and a slower pace with easy access to Old San Juan. The choice for people who want quiet and convenience at once.
Gated, manicured, and built for families — golf, the Ritz Reserve, and strong schools nearby. About thirty minutes west and a world away from the city. Where a lot of affluent transplant families end up landing, Act 60 households included.
Plenty of people land outside the metro. Rincón and Aguadilla for the surf, Isabela's cliffs, Cabo Rojo, Ponce and the central mountains. My block-by-block expertise is San Juan. But I can still help you weigh the trade-offs, get oriented, and connect you with people I trust wherever you're headed.
Choosing the right neighborhood can make or break your experience on the island.

I moved to Puerto Rico in 2022 with no idea what to expect. Since then I've built an Act 60 business, met and married my wife, and fallen in love with life here. I'm stoked with where I landed, and I think you will be too. But I would have gotten here much faster with someone in my corner for the hundred small decisions I had to make alone. That's exactly who I am for you.
In Santurce. Four years of life here have taught me everything there is to know.
I made the move and run my own Act 60 entity. I've already walked every step I'll walk with you.
I lived in South America as a kid and speak fluent Spanish. I will help you transcend the language barrier and connect with anyone.
No kickbacks from the professionals I recommend, and no generic advice. Your interests guide every decision.
Thirty minutes on your situation, your timeline, and an honest read on how I can help. No pitch, no obligation.
We scope your 90-day engagement: the neighborhoods to target, the order to do things in, and who you'll need on your side. One flat price, agreed up front.
I execute alongside you: the place, the setup, the introductions. And I stay on call until you're fully landed.
A defined engagement with a defined finish line: ninety days after we start, you're living here, set up, and connected. Here is exactly what that covers and what it costs.
And me on call throughout. You text, I answer, same day, in English or Spanish.
An Act 60 move typically saves six figures a year. Getting the landing right is worth doing properly.
$3,000 for my first five clients, in exchange for a testimonial.
I handle the life side of your move to Puerto Rico: matching you to the right neighborhood, finding your place, guiding the residency groundwork, and connecting you with the people I trust. I don't give legal or tax advice. That's what your attorney and CPA are for, and if you don't have them yet, I'll introduce you to specialists I trust. I'm the person who handles everything the paperwork doesn't cover.
The full 90-day landing is $5,000, flat. I'm taking my first five clients at a founding rate of $3,000, in exchange for a testimonial. No hourly meter, no surprise charges. And because I take no commissions or referral fees from anyone I connect you with, my only incentive is that your move goes well.
You're landed: housing decided, life set up, the right people in your corner. If you want to keep me on call past that, there's an optional retainer at $300 a month. Month to month, cancel anytime.
Usually rent first. Act 60 decree holders have two years to purchase a home here, and almost nobody can pick the right neighborhood from the mainland. Renting the first year lets you test a neighborhood before you commit to it. Making that call properly is the first thing we do together.
Not at all. Many people move on Act 60 timelines, but the service is for anyone relocating to Puerto Rico who wants a knowledgeable friend on the ground from day one.
Ideally the moment Puerto Rico becomes a serious option. The earlier I'm involved, the more of your move I can help shape. That said, you can call me mid-move, or after you've landed and hit a wall.
Yes. My block-by-block expertise is the San Juan metro area. But if you're headed to Rincón, Ponce, or the mountains, I'll help you weigh the trade-offs, get oriented, and connect you with people I trust wherever you're going.
A couple questions so I know how to help. You'll see your next steps the moment you hit send.
